Welcome

As an artist, most of the concepts I come up with mainly involve ideas based off of what I dream of in my spare time. My creative mind comes from growing up with food allergies. During my journey of not being able to eat dairy and nuts, I have battled intense social isolation, which led me to struggle with making friends. As I grew, it was often hard to talk to people because of how scared I was, and the fact that I grew up autistic. Most of my life, I often felt like an outcast. As time went by, I often thought of finding a way to use my wild imagination as a coping mechanism to have the freedom of being myself. In my childhood years, I spent my time dancing and singing, combined with some theatre, to help overcome the horrible social isolation. During my pre-teens, that was when my passion for media making began. Since then, I have utilized it to help express myself and step outside of my comfort zone. It might have taken me some time to figure out what type of content I wanted to showcase.

Most of what I create is based on my experiences as part of growing up Asian American and showing society what people like me are capable of. Just because a person has had one or more obstacles in their lives does NOT mean that they cannot do anything. If I can say one thing to the world, or a younger woman like me, it would be whether you have a difference in any physical or emotional form, you are amazing in your own way and never let anyone stop you. Those differences that you carry are what will help you shine so bright.
